Under California law you have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. SwagOps LLC does not sell personal data for monetary gain, but we permit limited data-sharing necessary for platform functionality, analytics, and embedded-finance compliance.

How to Exercise Your Rights

1. Email privacy@swagops.com with subject line "Do Not Sell My Info".
2. Include your full name, email associated with your account, and whether you are a Member, Partner, or visitor.
3. State clearly that you wish to opt out of data sale/sharing.

We will verify your identity and respond within 45 days as required by law. Authorized agents must provide written authorization and contact details.
