    This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal and business information when you access or use our Services.

    • Legal Information (LegalFlo): Contract templates, uploaded files, or other documents you generate or store.
    • Member Communications: Messages, posts, and files shared within SocialFlo or other community tools.
    • Event & Mastermind Data: Registration, attendance, and related travel or accommodation preferences.
    • Payment Information: Credit/debit card details or payment account information processed by PCI-compliant vendors.

    2.2 Information Collected Automatically

    • Technical Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, and usage logs.
    • Cookies & Analytics: We use cookies, tracking pixels, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel) to understand platform performance and user behavior.

    • Embedded Finance Partners: Financial institutions providing banking and lending services through FinFlo.

    5. Embedded Finance Compliance

    SwagOps provides embedded finance through FinFlo.

    SwagOps LLC and FinFlo are not banks or lenders.

    Banking and lending services are provided through regulated financial institutions, Members FDIC, under their own privacy and compliance policies.

    FinFlo may share business information (such as EIN, transaction data, and credit history) with partner banks and service providers for underwriting, fraud prevention, and compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations.

    All such partners maintain independent obligations under federal banking and privacy laws.

    6. LegalFlo and Member Documents

    • LegalFlo templates and materials are stored in encrypted form.
    • SwagOps does not review, monitor, or guarantee the accuracy or enforceability of user-generated contracts.
    • All documents are private to your account unless explicitly shared.

    7. Deal Flow and Investment Disclosures

    Deal Flow access is available only to accredited investors under SEC Regulation D, Rule 501.

    SwagOps does not:

    • Broker or sell securities;
    • Provide investment advice or guarantees; or
    • Participate financially in any deals listed.

    Any data shared with investors or deal sponsors will be anonymized or aggregated unless explicit consent is provided.

    8. Data Retention

    We retain information for as long as needed to:

    • Provide Services and maintain member accounts;
    • Comply with legal, tax, and regulatory requirements; or
    • Resolve disputes and enforce agreements.

    Upon termination or request, SwagOps may anonymize or delete data consistent with applicable law.

    SwagOps uses AES-256 encryption, secure sockets layer (SSL), and role-based access controls.

    While we take reasonable measures to protect information, no platform is completely secure.

    Members are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials and promptly notifying SwagOps of any unauthorized access.

    10. Your Rights and Choices

    Depending on jurisdiction, you may have rights to:

    • Access or request a copy of your data;
    • Correct inaccurate information;
    • Delete or anonymize personal data;
    • Opt out of marketing communications; or
    • Restrict processing under GDPR or CCPA/CPRA.

    SwagOps does not knowingly collect information from individuals under 18.
